missingWrote a review on Mar 08great locationcomfortable roomdelicious breakfastnoise issues
The location of the hotel is truly excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to the Citadel of Erbil. The room was spacious and well-maintained with a comfortable large bed. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a variety of options. The front desk staff were helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. This was disruptive, especially early in the morning, and despite complaining, nothing changed. I believe the hotel should have addressed this better, perhaps by offering compensation to guests. while the food and service were enjoyable, the noise issues need to be resolved to improve the guest experience.

The room I stayed in had a nice decor, with a large, comfortable bed that made it easy to get some good rest. The bathroom featured an excellent handheld shower with great water pressure, which is always a bonus after a long day.
The gym left much to be desired with its small size and lack of air conditioning. I also had issues with the electricity in my room, which kept cutting out repeatedly, leading to some frustration. the noise from the upstairs music was unbearable at times and made my stay less enjoyable.
